ABOUT
I began in the creative world, studying make-up design for fashion at the London College of Fashion, before moving into visual merchandising in retail. From there, my career evolved into education - assessing apprentices across business, government and retail, and later managing an admin team at a fashion college based in London.
Across each of these fast-paced spaces, I found myself naturally drawn to bringing structure, balance and calm.
Alongside this, I have a strong personal connection to wellbeing. This led me to train in clinical aromatherapy and therapeutic massage in my spare time, deepening my understanding of the nervous system and what it truly means to feel well, not just productive.
What I’ve come to realise is that my strength and unique offering lies in the blend of these worlds.
The structure and standards of business and education.
The creativity and visual awareness from fashion.
And a grounded, intuitive understanding of wellbeing.
What’s behind The Collaborative Kind name?
It’s a slight play on words and also sums up how I like to work. I’m a big lover of kindness - because there’s strength in it, and when people work together - something great happens. So it’s both kindness in work and also the kind of people who love to collaborate.
If that sounds good to you, welcome to a more balanced way of working, with The Collaborative Kind.
